Mapping Sipi Falls and Kapchorwa: A Major Tourism Milestone

Expanding Access to Authentic Travel Experiences in the Elgon Region

Today, we’re excited to announce that we have officially completed the mapping of Sipi Falls and the entire Kapchorwa region. This achievement marks one of the biggest milestones so far in our nationwide journey to onboard tourism service providers onto Frenzo Africa, our growing central booking platform.

Over the past few days, our team traveled across Kapchorwa, meeting the people who make this region one of Uganda’s most loved destinations. Along the way, we connected with accommodation owners, tour operators, local guides, and craft makers. Each visit revealed the passion, skill, and dedication that define this community.

Sipi Falls and Kapchorwa are more than scenic landscapes. They are home to hardworking people who welcome visitors, guide experiences, create handmade crafts, and keep local culture alive. We listened to their stories, learned about their challenges, and witnessed the pride they take in their work.

By onboarding these service providers onto Frenzo Africa, we’re making it easier for travelers to discover and book experiences, while helping local businesses gain greater visibility and new opportunities. That’s why this journey matters—it connects people, strengthens tourism, and ensures local communities benefit directly.

We sincerely thank everyone who welcomed us along the way. Your warmth, trust, and cooperation made this process smooth and meaningful. Now that Sipi Falls and Kapchorwa are fully mapped, we’re ready to move on to the next region with even more energy and excitement.

This journey is proudly powered by Suzuki and Total Energies.
Together, we move forward.
